世紀21日昇地產 - 蔡嘉駿董事表示，最新成交為天后金龍臺金龍大廈C座高層02室，單位實用面積約856平方呎，屬三房兩廳間隔，向北眺望樓景為主，單位連一車位出售，原業主放盤價為$1,450萬，最終大幅減價$132萬至$1,318萬成交，連車位實用呎價約$15,397，減價約9%成交。

蔡嘉駿補充，單位原業主於2022年1月以$1,650萬高價購入上址，持貨僅3年，帳面損失$332萬，期間顯著跌價約20%。
