大角咀工廈宏創方2層索9千萬

香港文匯報訊 宏基資本旗下大角咀必發道128號工廈「宏創方」隨着近期屆入伙收樓階段,新推兩層合共逾萬方呎樓面,意向價約9,000萬元。

中原(工商舖)工商部高級營業董事陳錦倫表示,宏創方1樓及2樓,總面積約10,638方呎(未核實),意向價約9,000萬元,平均呎價約8,500元。物業擁有特高樓底約4.9米,可作食堂或其他工業用途。1樓設有約1,500方呎(未核實)平台,同時項目外牆設有招牌位。此外,購入物業買家可享大廈17個車位認購權。

資料顯示,宏創方於2017年中推出市場放售,最高成交呎價為中層04室,面積約293方呎(未核實),以每呎約1.2萬餘元沽出。
