美聯物業 - 首席高級營業經理周南輝表示，近期新盤銷售火熱，資助房屋亦不乏承接。該行最新一宗大埔富善邨的交易，獲家庭客以綠表價$83.8萬承接，實用呎價僅$2,870。

周南輝表示，成交單位為大埔富善邨善鄰樓中層32室，實用面積約292平方呎，屬開放式間隔。據悉，單位原業主放盤後吸引家庭客洽詢，雙方經議價後以綠表價$83.8萬售出，實用呎價約$2,870。

資料顯示，原業主2006年以約$10.9萬購入單位，持貨19年，帳面獲利約$72.9萬，單位期內升值約6.7倍。
