世紀21宇田地產高級客戶經理羅家威表示，該行新近促成大埔太和邨1座(喜和樓)中層1室，單位實用面積381平方呎，1房間隔，座向西北開揚景，原開價$238萬，減價$18萬，最終以$220萬(綠表價)成交，實用面積平均呎價$5,774。

羅家威指出，原業主早於2000年5月僅以約$18萬低價購入單位，業主持貨長達22年，至今售出單位帳面勁賺$202萬，期間大幅升值11倍。
