美聯物業-黃國輝經表示，成交單位為大埔天鑽1座高層A室，實用面積757平方呎，屬3房間隔。據悉，原業主以$918萬放租後吸引用家洽詢，雙方經議價後以$912.8萬易手，實用面積平均呎價約$12,058。

資料顯示，原業主2020年以$1,102.5萬購入單位，持貨約5年，是次易手帳面虧損約$189.7萬。
