世紀21宇田地產高級客戶經理蔡偉文表示,新近該行促成大埔墟永富大廈低層A室,單位實用面積223平方呎,建築面積311平方呎,1房間隔,座向東北開揚景,原叫價$295萬,減至$286萬獲承接,實用面積平均呎價$12,825。
世紀21宇田蔡偉文指,原業主早於2011年2月僅以約$97萬購入單位,持貨11年單位帳面升值$189萬,期間市值大幅升值近2倍。
