大埔公屋太和邨12座高層綠表價以$180萬成交

世紀21宇田地產高級客戶經理羅家威表示，新近市場成交太和邨12座高層24室，單位實用面積349平方呎，屬2房間隔，座向西南樓景。單位原開價$248萬，放盤半年最終大幅減價$68萬才獲承接，減幅達27.4%，以$180萬(綠表價)成交，未補地價實用面積呎價僅$5,158。

羅家威指出原業主早於2000年7月僅以約$15萬購入單位，持貨22年單位帳面升值$165萬，期間市值勁升11倍之多。
