大埔中心中層2房戶成交價$416.8萬賺近「兩球」

美聯物業 - 梁葦姮經理表示，該行最新促成大埔中心371實呎戶以$416.8萬沽出，原業主持貨27年，帳面賺近「兩球」。

成交單位為大埔中心中層G室，實用面積為371平方呎，屬2房間隔。據悉，單位早前以$430萬放售，買家屬區內用家，認為單位間隔實用，價錢合理及「供平過租」，故議價後以$416.8萬承接，實用呎價約$11,235。

資料顯示，原業主於1998年以$236萬購入，持貨27年，轉手帳面賺$180.8萬。
