大坑道舊樓重建接960份反對

香港文匯報訊(記者 顏倫樂)深圳中洲投資控股早前向城規會申請,將大坑道4至4號C舊樓重建,全數單位數以千方呎計,最大更達1.08萬方呎。惟申請未為公眾受落,諮詢期內收到960份意見,包括不少當區居民及區議員等,亦有附近屋苑的業主立案法團,全數反對,認為申請破壞綠化帶,危害斜坡安全;興建新路口亦會加劇交通擠塞及影響安全。

今年初中洲投資成功購入上列舊樓,最新方案擬重建一幢約30層高住宅大廈,只提供23個單位,單位面積約3,600方呎至1.08萬方呎不等,另有46個私家住客車位及5個訪客車位,預計約2023年落成。公司並計劃將大廈出入口,由現時較低位置,提升至較高一段的大坑道,即在大寶閣附近,以提升物業價值。不過,因所建出入口車路涉及政府土地,有關土地更被規劃為綠化地,故要向城規會提出申請。
