大坑道舊樓重建接960份反對

香港文匯報訊（記者顏倫樂）深圳中洲投資控股早前向城規會申請，將大坑道4至4號C舊樓重建，全數單位數以千方呎計，最大更達1.08萬方呎。惟申請未為公眾受落，諮詢期內收到960份意見，包括不少當區居民及區議員等，亦有附近屋苑的業主立案法團，全數反對，認為申請破壞綠化帶，危害斜坡安全；興建新路口亦會加劇交通擠塞及影響安全。

今年初中洲投資成功購入上列舊樓，最新方案擬重建一幢約30層高住宅大廈，只提供23個單位，單位面積約3,600方呎至1.08萬方呎不等，另有46個私家住客車位及5個訪客車位，預計約2023年落成。公司並計劃將大廈出入口，由現時較低位置，提升至較高一段的大坑道，即在大寶閣附近，以提升物業價值。不過，因所建出入口車路涉及政府土地，有關土地更被規劃為綠化地，故要向城規會提出申請。
