據了解，新買家為年輕上車客，見屋苑環境清靜，單位間隔合用，即承接單位自用。據了解，原業主於2023年以約$648萬購入單位，持貨2年，是次易手賬面蝕約$174.2萬離場。單位期內貶值約26.9%。
