中原地產-范家豪經理表示,大圍薈蕎最新錄1座中層D1室,單位實用面積399平方呎,1房連儲物房間隔,叫價約$530萬,日前議價後以$473.8萬獲承接,實用面積平均呎價$11,875。

據了解,新買家為年輕上車客,見屋苑環境清靜,單位間隔合用,即承接單位自用。據了解,原業主於2023年以約$648萬購入單位,持貨2年,是次易手賬面蝕約$174.2萬離場。單位期內貶值約26.9%。
