基金買山林道舖

香港文匯報訊(記者 蘇洪鏘)市場錄得基金吸納舖位,消息指,盛匯商舖基金新近斥資1,130萬元買入尖沙咀山林道9至11號卓能中心地下B舖,較叫價1,500萬元減幅約25%。舖位面積約200方呎,呎價5.65萬元。

舖位目前由美容店承租,每月租金約2.8萬元,新買家可享回報率約3厘。原業主於2012年以1,100萬元購入,現轉手賬面獲利約30萬元,僅升值2.7%。據了解,基金與上市公司合作,擬中長線持有。
