中原地產黃埔第二分行分區營業經理袁顯岸表示，黃埔花園2月共錄得41宗成交，交投相當暢旺，較上月升58%，屋苑本月至今暫錄約2宗，平均實用呎價錄約$15366水平。

中原地產袁顯岸指，分行最新錄得黃埔花園3期3座中層B室交投，單位實用面積755平方呎，建築面積855平方呎，採3房套間隔，望園景，開價約$1200萬，議價後以$1145萬成交，折合實用呎價$15,166。

據了解，原業主於2019年7月以約$1260萬購入物業，持貨近4年，是次轉手賬面蝕讓$115萬離場，單位期內貶值約9%。
