　香港文匯報訊　(記者梁悅琴) 去年地產行業面對多項挑戰，中原精英會創會會長及亞太區總裁黃偉雄表示，中原地產於去年整年未錄虧蝕，香港中原地產佣金總收入達30億，與前年相若。

　中原精英會昨日假香港會議展覽中心會議廳筵開逾50席，舉行中原精英會迎新大會暨頒獎典禮。黃偉雄活動上引述集團創辦人施永青之言：「只要中原地產來年度於香港市場能夠順利保本，公司承諾不精簡架構，不削減員工，有盈餘亦將繼續有花紅，秉承與員工分享經營成果之傳統。」

　中原精英會新任會長何偉強介紹，該行商舖部分行經理陳仲良憑2,985萬元營業額成為千萬元分行經理冠軍；賽西湖分行林寶珠則以1,781萬元佳績勇奪本年度傑出地產代理冠軍；屯門置樂分行李梅芳亦促成88宗成交榮獲最多單數獎冠軍。
