地產熱線:商舖「摩貨」月升逾倍

  中原地產研究部高級聯席董事黃良昇指出,8月商舖「摩貨」買賣合約登記總值6.13億元,是2010年12月份錄得6.41億元(港元;下同)後20個月以來次高,較7月的2.89億元上升1.12倍。宗數方面,當月份商舖「摩貨」買賣合約登記錄得26宗,跟上月的26宗相同。

逾千萬額升量跌

 按金額類型統計,當月一千萬元以上類型及二百萬元以下類型錄得的金額均較7月份為高。一千萬元以上類型錄得5.55億元及10宗,較7月的2.24億元及11宗分別上升1.48倍及下降9.1%。二百萬元以下類型在8月錄得1,068萬元及7宗,較7月的683萬元及5宗分別上升56.4%及40.0%。二百萬元至一千萬元內兩個金額類型在8月的金額則較7月為低。

 當月較高登記金額商舖「摩貨」個案包括:荃灣英皇娛樂廣場其中四層(價值2.80億元)、灣仔廣生行大廈一地舖(價值8,800萬元)及灣仔駱克道144號地舖(價值6,350萬元)。
