太古股份(0019、0087)、太古地產(1972)公布,落實以98.4536億元出售英皇道 1111 號的太古城中心第一座甲級寫字樓予基滙資本旗下管理基金及包括Schroder Pamfleet 在內的財團夥伴,平均每平方呎收購價約15,609 元。作價較太古地產於2020年6月30日經獨立估值師評估的估值約79.38億元溢價24%。 ■記者 梁悅琴
