陳氏稱買家當中不乏內地投資者,以及新北江商場原有租戶買舖自用,暫時錄得兩位大手買家成交,各自一連購入八個舖位。他認為銷情理想反映區內對舖位需求甚殷,市場累積一定的購買力,加上嘉湖新城舖位入場價僅百萬餘元,具有一定吸引力。此外,商場內近半數舖位設來去水位,增加未來商戶的靈活性,潛在買家亦大大增加。預期項目有望於短期內售罄,商場項目全數沽清可套現接近4.5億元。
