嘉湖新城近九成舖沽出

香港文匯報訊香港置業至尊旺舖董事陳偉材表示，天水圍嘉湖新城項目開售兩日已售出近九成舖位。嘉湖新城全場合共189個舖位，開售首日已即日沽出逾150個舖位，佔可發售單位近八成，當時已套現約3億多元。

陳氏稱買家當中不乏內地投資者，以及新北江商場原有租戶買舖自用，暫時錄得兩位大手買家成交，各自一連購入八個舖位。他認為銷情理想反映區內對舖位需求甚殷，市場累積一定的購買力，加上嘉湖新城舖位入場價僅百萬餘元，具有一定吸引力。此外，商場內近半數舖位設來去水位，增加未來商戶的靈活性，潛在買家亦大大增加。預期項目有望於短期內售罄，商場項目全數沽清可套現接近4.5億元。
