香港置業東中九龍現崇山分行高級營業經理吳仁傑表示,啟德區發展前景優越,吸引不少租客進駐,該行剛促成的一宗維港1號1房戶租務成交,新租客斥$1.3萬承租,實用呎租近$40。
上述租出單位為維港1號1B座中層E室,實用面積約330平方呎,屬1房間隔,向南望地盤景。吳仁傑指,業主以約$1.3萬放租約1個月後吸引區內客洽詢,雙方零議價成交,實用呎租近$40。據悉,新租客為情侶,心儀單位租金相宜,故睇樓2次即決定承租。
資料顯示,業主於2021年8月以約$780.6萬購入上述單位。
