美聯工商舖資料研究部綜合土地註冊處資料顯示，本港4月共錄得337宗商廈買賣註冊，不但按月勁升108%，亦為自2012年11月以後最旺，註冊金額約51.61億元，按月亦大增94%。
億元個案倍增至10宗
4月商廈買賣註冊宗數及金額大增，當中174宗屬九龍灣工廈活化商廈項目創豪坊，涉資約10.94億元，分別佔上月商廈註冊宗數及金額約51.6%及21.2%，乃推高交投之原因之一。此外，期內逾億元的商廈買賣註冊，共錄得10宗，涉資約18.42億元，按月分別大增1倍及96.5%，亦為商廈註冊數字表現理想的因素。當中，金鐘美國銀行中心13樓全層，以4.65億元易手；而中環皇后大道中九號1401至02室，亦以約1.46億元成交。
此外，上月反映甲乙廈租售價走勢的三大指數，亦齊創歷史新高，反映市場氣氛暢旺。其中，上月美聯商業指標甲廈售價指數(MCAI)報290點，按月再升1.8%，以連升11個月之勢，創下有紀錄以來的歷史新高。至於美聯商業指標乙廈售價指數(MCBI)報311點，按月升0.6%，為連升第8個月，創歷史新高。此外，美聯商業指標甲廈租金指數(MCARI)也破頂，上月報169點，按月升約1.8%。
