南莊苑雙號屋$5.6萬租出 業主享1.2厘租金回報

中原地產新界東豪宅御龍山第一分行副分區營業經理周家傑表示，近日錄得南莊苑雙號屋租賃成交，單位實用面積1,947平方呎，建築面積2,850平方呎，開價$6萬，後減至$5.6萬租出，實用面積平均呎租$28.8。

 

中原周家傑指，業主於2020年以$5,510萬購入單位，是次租出單位可享約1.2厘租金回報。
