世紀21日昇地產聯席董事蔡嘉駿表示，最新成交是北角丹拿道港運城2座低層H室，單位實用面積約758平方呎，單位屬3房連套房間隔單位，向北望園池樓景，成交價$1,108萬，實用面積平均呎價約$14,614。業主原叫價$1,198萬，減價僅$90萬，減幅7.5%成交。
蔡嘉駿補充，據悉單位原業主於2004年9月才以約$425萬低價購入上址單位，持貨21年帳面獲利$683萬，期間單位業主勁賺1.6倍。
