北角港運城$1,320萬成交 帳面獲利$675萬

世紀21日昇地產聯席董事蔡嘉駿表示，最新成交是北角港運城2座高層D室，單位實用面積約658平方呎，2房設計，向南面眺望開揚山景為主，原叫價$1,400萬，成交價$1,320萬，實用面積平均呎價$20,061。

世紀21日昇蔡嘉駿補充，據悉單位原業主於1997年2月以約$645萬購入上址單位，持貨25年帳面獲利$675萬，期間單位升值逾1倍。
