世紀21日昇-蔡嘉駿董事表示，最新成交是北角建康花園低層C室，單位實用面積約505平方呎，單位3房間隔，向東面眺望樓景，最終成交價$638萬，實用面積平均呎價約$12,634，售價較原業主叫價達$690萬，最終減價$52萬，減幅達7.5%。

蔡嘉駿補充，原業主早於2006年11月以約$268萬購入上址，持貨19年帳面獲利$370萬，期間市值上升近1.4倍。
