世紀21日昇地產聯席董事蔡嘉駿表示，最新成交是北角繼園台富雅花園，物業1座(金松閣)高層E室，單位實用面積約462平方呎，單位屬兩房間隔單位，向北面眺望樓景為主，成交價$630萬，實用呎價約$13,636，單位原先叫價為$678萬，最終減價$48萬成交，減幅達7%。
蔡嘉駿補充，據悉單位原業主於2020年6月才以$600萬購入上址單位，持貨5年帳面獲利$30萬，期間升值5%，相信扣除釐印費等成本仍可微賺離場。
