世紀21日昇-蔡嘉駿董事表示，最新成交是北角炮台山道富澤花園富邦閣低層B室，單位實用面積約671平方呎，3房連主人套房間隔，向西北樓景，業主原叫價$838萬，最終成交價$760萬，期間減價$78萬，實用面積平均呎價約$11,326。

蔡嘉駿補充，單位原業主早於2011年1月以$615萬購入上址，持貨14年帳面升值$145萬，期間升值24%。
