世紀21日昇地產 - 蔡嘉駿董事表示，最新成交為北角炮台山道富澤花園富威閣低層H室，實用面積約650平方呎，原為三房間隔，現改為兩房，座向東北，可望樓景。單位原叫價$870萬，最終大幅減價$150萬，以$720萬成交，減幅達17%，實用呎價約$11,077。

據悉，原業主於2020年8月以$998萬購入單位，持貨約5年，是次轉手帳面虧損約$278萬，跌幅約28%，成為屋苑近年蝕讓幅度最大的成交之一。
