世紀21日昇-蔡嘉駿董事表示，最新成交是北角半山雲景道富麗園，物業A座中層04室，單位實用面積約681平方呎，單位原則屬3房設計現已改為2房，向南眺望樓景為主，單位連一車位出售，原業主放盤價為$920萬，最終大幅減價$85萬至$845萬成交，減幅約9%成交，實用呎價平均呎價約$12,408。

蔡嘉駿補充，單位原業主於2011年5月以$720萬購入上址，持貨14年帳面獲利$125萬，期間市值僅17%。
