Harbour Pinnacle in Minden Avenue Tsim Sha Tsui, who immediately took back the spread first price list of its 80 units in day before yesterday, finally announced the first price list on the official website at yesterday afternoon, including 22 units at sq ft prices from HKD 29,484 to HKD 41,721, with the lowest price at HKD 13.95 million for unit in 473 sq ft. The price is same to of the spread price list in day before yesterday, but there is 4% discount being added, leading privileges up to 14.75% at the most, and these units were put on sale immediately. Market source told 1 units sold, which is room B in 26th floor in usable area of 689 sq ft and at sale price of HKD 22.844 million, with sq ft price at HKD 33,155. There are many large projects come out in succession. Besides Cheung Kong's City Point in Tsuen Wan West Station 7th zone which is planned to be put on sale in May, Sun Hung Kai will launch The Wings 3 in Tsueng Kwan and project in Tung Chung including totally more than 2,500 units in the second half year.
According to official data, the units in first price list of Lee Shau-kee's Harbour Pinnacle are located in 23rd, 25th and 26th floor, of which the usable areas are from 359 sq ft to 689 sq ft and the sale prices from HKD 13.946 million to HKD 23.68 million, with sq ft prices from HKD 29,484 to HKD 41,721.
City Point is planned to be put on sale in May.
The brochure of City Point in Tsuen Wan West developed with Nan Fung is ready and will be uploaded soon, and this project sets 6 sample flats in Victoria Mall in Tsim Sha Tsui, with 3 among are decorated and 3 others are initial decorated, which will be opened after brochure is uploaded, expressed by Liu Qiwen, the Investment Director of Cheung Kong. Source told, City Point is planned to be put on sale in May.

20 units of Mount One in Fanling being put on sale yesterday were sold out, and this project has sold 136 units in 2 weeks since it opened, taking about 95% of the total and bringing in more than HKD 1 billion, expressed by Lei Ting, the Vice Managing Director of Sun Hung Kai. Two rooms and three rooms units of this project have been sold out, and most of four rooms super units also sold, expressed by Hu Zhiyuan, the Property Investment Department Assist General Manager of Sun Hung Kai.

He hoped they can put on sale luxury project in Tai Hang as ready flat in the second half year, which has 9 floor style units in usable areas from about 1,500 sq ft to 5,000 sq ft.
As for other new projects, The Avenue in Wan Chai sold 4 units, while The Summa, Park Signature and Winfield Building each sold 1 unit.
