　香港文匯報訊（記者梁悅琴）冠中地產(0193)昨公布，該公司於昨日與買方Star Harbour Trading Limited訂立協議，出售嘉納貿易全部股權及股東貸款，總代價約3,500萬元。嘉納為主要從事物業投資，在深水埗金盟大廈擁有85間商舖。

　該公司指出，預期出售事項將錄得綜合虧損約200萬元，而從出售事項獲取的所得款項擬用作該集團的一般營運資金，並且於機遇出現時可能用作其他投資用途。
