美聯物業-曹錦輝經理表示，成交單位為元朗金碧花園1座地低層D室，實用面積757平方呎，採3房連儲物室設計。據悉，單位原以$480萬放售，獲新買家洽購，雙方議價後以$430萬連車位承接，實用面積平均呎價約$5,680。

資料顯示，原業主2010年以$183萬購入單位，持貨15年帳面獲利約$247萬。
