美聯物業-張國成經理表示，成交單位為元朗尚豪庭3座中層A室，實用面積為519平方呎，屬2房間隔。據悉，單位14年前由公司客購入後一直用作收租用途，因應資產重組，早前「轉租為賣」，終由新婚客議價$24.2萬，以$603.8萬承接，實用面積平均呎價約$11,634。

資料顯示，原業主2011年以$402.99萬購入，持貨14年，帳面獲利約$200萬。
