傳李錦記15億購中環商廈

好下，消息指，李錦記集團傳以15億元購入香港中環德輔道中54-58 號軟庫中心，地盤面積2,712方呎，樓面41,916方呎及其旁砵典乍街4號地盤，面積547方呎，總樓面1,643方呎。

消息指，若拆開計，其中軟庫中心價值13.7億元，樓面呎價32,680元，而砵典乍街4號地盤價值約1.3億元。

資料顯示，李錦記家族早已於中上環商廈尋寶，曾於2010年8月以43.5億元購入上環維德廣場全幢，其後改名為「無限極廣場」。

另外，YGM公佈，旗下附屬公司正考慮招標出售位於新蒲崗五芳街18號立安工業大廈G樓的物業，預料今日起推介，本月29日截標。
