俊和35億售商場匯八坊

香港文匯報訊（記者梁悅琴）俊和發展（0711）昨宣布，與港鐵（0066）達成協議，以35.38億元出售清水灣道8號商場匯八坊予資深商廈投資者廖創興家族成員廖湯慧靄及廖偉麟，該商場總樓面約4萬方呎，相當於呎價8.845萬元。俊和出售此項於除稅及開支前收益2,680.2萬元，所得款項用作償還貸款及作一般營運資金，交易預期於2014年6月13日或以前完成。
