中原(工商舖)陳潔廉表示，今番放售的物業位於旺角花園街174A號地舖連自建閣樓，地舖面積約500平方呎，意向價約5,200萬元。物業以連租約形式出售，現租客為時裝店，月租約12.5萬元，租期將至2016年。若物業按今番意向價成交，新業主將可享約3厘回報。
