北角最新樓盤101 KINGS ROAD由宏安發展推出，目前已暫收超過1300票，超額認購達七倍以上。該盤推出市場以來反應熱烈，將於今日結束收票，本周六將有157伙單位正式發售。

儘管近日天氣不佳，101 KINGS ROAD的展銷廳依然開放，吸引了大批有意購房的市民參觀示範單位。尤其是家庭客群，對於項目的細節表現出高度興趣，展銷現場氣氛熱烈。此外，不少地產代理亦在附近積極招攬潛在客戶。

最新推出的26伙單位中，包括8伙一房和18伙二房，單位面積介乎244至434平方呎。經最高30%折扣後，折實平均呎價為25761元，較之前的價單上調約5.4%。其中，入場單位為23樓的J室，面積244平方呎，折實售價約601.93萬，而售價最高的是30樓的L室，面積434平方呎，折實售價達1187.27萬。

根據銷售安排，本周六將釋出157伙單位，分為A及B兩組進行銷售。A組主要針對大額投資者，需購買至少兩伙。B組則允許購買1至2伙，以滿足不同購房需求。此超額認購的情況反映出市場對此新盤的高度期待與興趣。
