香港文匯報訊 中原地產研究部高級聯席董事黃良昇指出，2016年7月居屋商舖買賣合約登記僅錄得2宗及461萬元，宗數按月不變，金額則較6月的301萬元上升53.2%。宗數方面，連續7個月每月不多於3宗登記，反映交投相當淡靜。
7月錄得的成交分別是屯門悅湖山莊一宗登記（價值273萬元），以及馬鞍山富輝花園一宗登記（價值188萬元）。
2016年首7個月暫錄得14宗及4,754萬元。當中登記宗數較多的屋苑為屯門龍門居、屯門悅湖山莊及馬鞍山富寶花園，同樣錄得2宗登記，分別總值393萬元、388萬元及291萬元。
