香港文匯報訊（記者蘇洪鏘）日前天文台掛上八號風球，仍無礙部分市場人士入市意慾，元朗加州花園及上水嘉麗山莊連環錄得成交。美聯雷惠德表示，加州花園成交單位為翠柏路單號屋，實用面積967方呎，成交價為950萬元，折合呎價為9,824元。另一個成交來自上水嘉麗山莊單號屋，實用面積1,695方呎，成交價為1,290萬元，折合呎價為7,611元。

海怡864呎賣1530萬

風雨中成交的還有鴨脷洲海怡半島，Q房網梁文輝表示，屋苑2期16座中層單位，實用面積864方呎，以1,530萬元成交，折合呎價為17,708元。原業主於2012年以1,180萬元買入單位，持貨3年後單位升值約30%。

亦有「3年辣招刑滿」的業主趁樓價高位平手沽貨，中原歐陽振邦表示，長沙灣景怡峯高層C室，實用面積269方呎，剛以465萬元易手，折合呎價17,286元。原業主於2012年以403萬元買入物業，持貨剛滿3年易手，賬面升值15.4%。
