美聯物業東九龍啟德一號分行(2)首席高級營業經理黃家樂表示，日前促成九龍灣麗晶花園8座低層F室成交，實用面積407平方呎，2房間隔，原叫價$530萬，後減至$500萬易主，實用面積平均呎價$12,285。

據了解，原業主於1997年2月以約$218萬購入，是次轉手帳面大幅獲利$282萬，升值約129%。
