　香港文匯報訊（記者顏倫樂）地政總署昨日公布，再新增3幢工廈簽發全幢改裝的特別豁免書，包括觀塘偉業街181號協力工業大廈、長沙灣長順街利來中心、石門安耀街2號。全幢改裝後，三個項目皆獲准作食肆、辦公室、商店及服務行業等用途，而長順街15號還允許作迷你倉、私人會所及訓練中心等其他用途。

新蒲崗工廈補地價4.8億

　與此同時，多個補地價項目獲批，其中以億京旗下新蒲崗五芳街2號裕美工業中心的補地價金額最大，高達4.8301億元，亦為本財年首宗工廈簽立的契約修訂個案，補價後預料可作商業發展。據資料，億京於2010年以6.01億元購入地盤，現連同補地價，未計建築費的成本約10.8401億元。

　另外，華置及新世界西半山干德道55號，補價金額高達3.1554億元，以涉及交易面積87,780方呎計算，每呎補地價3,595元。

　由於政府積極推地，令發展商勾地意慾大減，上月地政總署繼續「零拒勾」，已連續第4個月未有發展商勾地。
