　香港文匯報訊（記者周穎）利嘉閣（工商舖）地產聯席董事黃奇華指，上環德輔道中161號至167號香港貿易中心低樓全層，建築面積約3,490平方呎，連租約以3,175.9萬元以確認人身份摸出，呎價約9,100元，成交期為本月中。單位現有租約，租期至2014年4月下旬，每月租金約9萬元，租金回報率約3.4厘。原業主今年1月時買入，當時以呎價8,700元購入，升幅約4.6%。
