中原地產上水中心第一分行經理何志忠表示，日前錄得上水歌賦嶺銀杏徑雙號屋租賃成交，單位實用面積1,315平方呎，建築面積2,032平方呎，叫價$3.6萬，議價後以$3.45萬租出，實用面積平均呎租$26.2。

中原何志忠指，原業主則於2012年以$2,134萬購入上址，持貨10年，是次租出單位可享約1.9厘租金回報。
