中原地產-楊浩鴻經理表示，日前促成上水名都3座中層F室，單位實用面積391平方呎建築面積522平方呎，屬2房間隔，開價約$420萬，議價後以$390萬易手，實用面積平均呎價$9,974。

中原楊浩鴻指，新買家為區內客，見屋苑環境舒適，單位價錢合理，即購入單位自用。據了解，原業主則於2024年11月以$330萬購入上址，持貨約半年，現轉手賬面獲利$60萬離場，單位期內升值18.2%。
