上林呎價4.6萬獲證實

　交暢旺，加強發展商叫價信心。置地旗下大坑上林平台特色單位以1.72億元高價成交，呎價達4.6萬元，連同其他單位，該盤於近月累積售出10個單位，套現約5億元。同系，西環傲翔灣畔尚餘最後5個，呎價1.6萬至2.6萬元。

68樓A室平台戶售1.72億

　置地香港區主管（住宅物業）黎漢群昨日於記者會時表示，旗下上林1座68樓A室連平台特色單位，單位面積3,755平方呎，約1.72億元成交，呎價4.6萬元，買家為商人；其後又售出3個複式單位，呎價介乎2.7萬至3萬元水平；及6個面積1300平方呎單位，成交呎價由1.6萬至2萬元水平，因此集團於近月累積售出10個單位，套現約5億元。

69樓頂層意向呎價5萬

　項目目前共售出43個單位，餘下54個單位待售。

　她又表示，未來上林將推出單位面積分別為1,563平方呎分層及2,600平方呎複式單位，最低意向呎價分別為2.1萬及2.3萬元；而最後一個面積1,300平方呎單位將加價8%，意向呎價2.15萬元；而69樓頂層連天台單位，意向呎價將逾5萬元。她指出，傲翔灣畔開售至今共售出90個單位，套現約10億元。尚餘最後5個單位，由於屬於現樓，將不公佈價單。

傲翔複式呎價2.6萬

　她指出，其中31樓A室，全新斥資400萬元豪裝的複式示範單位於本周六、日向公眾開放，單位面積2,714平方呎，意向呎價2.6萬元，即售價逾7,056萬。而4個無裝修單位，包括同層3,741平方呎複式單位，意向呎價2.5萬元；及2個2,085平方呎相連單位，意向呎價1.8萬元；最後1個為標準單位，面積1,063平方呎，意向呎價1.6萬至1.7萬元。
