一手寫字樓買賣 長沙灣億京主導

 香港文匯報訊  中原地產研究部聯席董事黃良昇指出,9月一手寫字樓買賣合約登記錄得9宗(數字主要反映8月市場成交),較8月的69宗下降87%,合約登記總值4.39億元,較8月下降80.9%。

 按大廈統計,錄得較高登記宗數的商廈為長沙灣億京廣場2期,錄得7宗登記,總值1.13億元。而九龍灣國際交易中心錄得1宗登記,價值3.06億元。黃竹坑環匯廣場亦錄得1宗登記,價值2,052萬元。

 期內,錄得較高登記金額的一手寫字樓登記個案包括:1宗位於九龍灣國際交易中心的登記(價值3.06億元)、1宗位於長沙灣億京廣場2期的登記(價值2,326萬元)及1宗黃竹坑環匯廣場的登記(價值2,052萬元)。
