　香港文匯報訊　中原地產研究部聯席董事黃良昇指出，9月一手寫字樓買賣合約登記錄得9宗(數字主要反映8月市場成交)，較8月的69宗下降87%，合約登記總值4.39億元，較8月下降80.9%。

　按大廈統計，錄得較高登記宗數的商廈為長沙灣億京廣場2期，錄得7宗登記，總值1.13億元。而九龍灣國際交易中心錄得1宗登記，價值3.06億元。黃竹坑環匯廣場亦錄得1宗登記，價值2,052萬元。

　期內，錄得較高登記金額的一手寫字樓登記個案包括：1宗位於九龍灣國際交易中心的登記（價值3.06億元）、1宗位於長沙灣億京廣場2期的登記（價值2,326萬元）及1宗黃竹坑環匯廣場的登記（價值2,052萬元）。
