With its fourth price list released on Saturday, Yoho West has now launched four batches of units in total, with each batch more expensive than the last.
The discounted average square foot price of the latest units has risen to HK$12,593, up 1.5 per cent from the first batch of units.
However, the developer said that the newest batch introduces the project’s first studio flats, hence increasing the original price.
Of the 185 units, eight are studio apartments.
Measuring 266 square feet in size, the discounted prices of the studio apartments range from HK$3.41 million to HK$3.43 million, at HK$12,828 to HK$12,914 per square foot.
