Vanke's New Tai Po Residential Project Le Mont to Offer 1,650 Flats

On February 24, 2025, Vanke announced its large-scale residential development at 19 Ma Wo Road, Tai Po, officially named "Le Mont."

According to Vanke Hong Kong's managing director, Chow Ming-hei, the project consists of six residential towers, offering a total of 1,650 units.

The apartments range from studio flats to four-bedroom layouts, with some special units also available.

According to the developer, the project will be divided into three sections: the "Garden Deck," "Mountain Deck," and "Sky Deck." Each section consists of two residential towers.

Mr. Chow also revealed that the project is planned for a phased launch in the first half of 2025, depending on market conditions.
