SHKP Acting Assistant General Manager Chan Hon Lun said the new batch of 122 units,of which there are six units are belong to special units located in top-floor,of which the unit located in Flat A,33/F,Tower 1A,with the salable area of 1,130 feet,priced at HKD $2.5519 ten million,the price per square foot of HKD $ 22,583,which was the unit with the highest price per square foot.In addition, the unit which located in Flat b,33/F,Tower 3B,with the salable area of 1,238 feet, priced at HKD $2.7323 ten million,was the unit which with the highest price since all the units put up for sale.These two units are connected platforms and rooftops. One South Lane sold 48 units in a day As fro the other new properties,the Western District continues become the 'battlefield' of the new proeprties.Wheelock's residential project KENSINGTON HILL in Sai Ying Pun have started the second round of sales yesterday,30 units are up for sale this time,the news pointed out that yesterday sold about 8 units in the whole day,this property have sold about 31 units os far,cashed in of over HKD $4.0 billion.One South Lane in Kennedy Town which developed by Chinese Estates Holdings Limited have sold 52 units yesterday,the news pointed out that it have sold a total of 48 units in the whole day,the standard units have been sold out,do not rule out to increase the price to sell the remaining units in the short-term period of time.Together with No.8 of South Lane which developed by The New World and The Hudson in Western District which held by Chairman of Henderson Land Lee Shau Kee have sold 7 units and 2 units respectively,sold a total of 65 units throughout the Western District over the weekend. No.8 of South Lane have withdrawn the stamp duty rebate Of which,No.8 of South Lane have sold a total of 92 units so far,with an average price of HKD $20,335 per sq.ft,accounting for nearly 97% of available units,cashed in of a total of nearly HKD $6.0 billion,there are only 3 remaining units are available for sale. In view of this,the developers are now updated No.1D and No.2D price lists,canceled 7.5 percent ad valorem stamp duty rebate, the relevant price list will take effect in this Thursday(on the 18th) this week. In addition,The Harbourside in Kowloon Station which have sold about 100 units in the past two rounds of sale have launched out the third batch 80 units for sale last Saturday,although the sale have slowed down,but in the end still sold 79 units,cashed in of HKD $2.3 ten billion in a day,Mont Vert Phase 1 and 2 in Tai Po which developed by Sino Land have sold 9 units in last Saturday,of which there has a local home-buyer spent about HKD $6.2 ten million to buy 2 units of 'Royal Mayfair',located Flat A and B of Lower Floor of Tower 2 respectively,with the salable area of ​​1,691 and 1,692 feet respectively and with an average price of HKD $18,913 and HKD $18,269 per sq ft.
