Developer additional launched 2 price lists yesterday including 74 units. The average cover area sq ft price is HKD 9,640 if base on cash payment calculation (6% of discount). The average usable area sq ft price is HKD 12,292. According to the price lists and calculated by cash payment term, the lowest cover area sq ft price is HKD 9,057 ( the lowest usable area sq ft price is HKD 12,288). The unit at this price is located in room D, 7th floor, building 1A of which the cover area is 1,056 sq ft and the usable area is 828 sq ft. The sale price of it is HKD 9.564 million. The highest cover area sq ft price is HKD 11,214 (the highest usable area sq ft price is HKD 14,270). The units at this price are located in room B, 28th and 29th floor, building 2B. The cover areas of them are both 1,200 sq ft and the usable areas are both 943 sq ft. They are both sale at HKD 13.457 million.
