Swire Properties director (residential services)Do Wai Yip said yesterday,the first 50 units of Arezzo including 25 units with 2-bedrooms interval(salable area of 973 feet to 976 feet) and 25 units with 3 rooms interval(salable area 911 feet),it is expected it will upload the sales arrangements in the early days of next week, on sale within the next week,pricing has considered many factors, including the reference of the average sq.ft price of the new porprety Azura and Argenta in the same district, this property is expected to be in mid-March next year occupation. Swire Properties' Chief Executive Officer,Kwok Pang said yesterday,Arezzo located in Mid-Level and near schools,so it is believed that it can attracted the strong demand from the market. Sources,the price list of the first batch of 50 units worth about HKD $1.28 ten billion.
According to the price list,the first batch of 50 units of Arezzo located in Flat B and C of 7/F to 35/F respectively,the buyers who have signed the provisional sale and purchase agreement will receive 4.25% price discount on or before October 15, while the part of the developer buyers valorem stamp duty and stamp buyer cash rebate,including the first 30 buyers to pay ad valorem stamp duty to provide 4.25% cash rebate and to the first 10 buyers to pay stamp duty of the buyer to provide 3.25% cash rebate.
