The units of One Mayfair have increased 2.4% of the price In addition,Sino Land yesterday announced the units of One Mayfair in Kowloon Tong which located in Flat A,10/F,Tower 6 and Flat A,10/F,Tower 7 will increase 2.4% of the price respectively,of which Flat A,10/F,Tower 6,with utility area of 1,893 square feet, priced from HKD $9.8 ten million add to HKD $1.0012 ten million,the sq.ft price increase from HKD $51,664 to HKD $52,890,as for Flat A,10/F,Tower 7,with utility area of 1,875 sq ft, the price rose from HKD $9.912 ten million to HKD $9.68 ten million,the price per square foot rose from HKD $51,627 to HKD $52,864,to take effect on this Thursday.
