He added that the group will put about more than 290 parking spaces of GRAND AUSTIN up for sale this Saturday,with an average price of about HKD $2.0 million per each parking space,it is expected to be cashed in of nearly HKD $6.0 billion. As for the next main force residential project will be on sale was Kensington Hill which located in No.98 High Street,the West Central,it is expected to put up for sale in September.Group in Hung Hom ONE HARBOUR GATE commercial projects,a total of two blocks,with a total of about 600,000 feet of floor area, there are more than five prospective buyers to negotiate which a commercial building,including local,overseas,Mainland customers, this project is also awaiting sales of paper.
