Hong Kong's Wen Wei Po (Reporter Leung Yuk Cum)New residential projects in TKO will outbreak the war soon,Wheelock Properties managing director Wong Kong Yiu yesterday said the group's first residential project in Tseung Kwan O, that No.18 Tong Chun Street officially named THE PARKSIDE,providing 591 units,including units with 1 to 4 bedrooms interval,mainly sell the units with two rooms and three bedrooms,are pending sales consents,it is expected will be on sale by the end of this year or early next year.He added that the Group has sales revenue reached HKD $1.35 hundred billion,exceeding the results of HKD $1.0 hundred billion last year,hit a new record high amount of group selling properties.
Wong Kong Yiu noted that the Group had four residential projects in the South of Tseung Kwan O,with a total of more than 2.3 million feet of floor,the Group intends to build a low-density and green living community in the South of Tseung Kwan O,the first residential project is located on the No.18 Tong Chun,officially named THE PARKSIDE.

Project formed by three residential buildings,provides 591 residential units, a standard unit area from a room to four rooms,two rooms and three rooms which accounted for 70%,units with one-bedroom interval accounting for 10%, and there are seven characteristics of households (including 4 garden duplex and three top-level platform for households),with a wide range of club facilities, including indoor and outdoor swimming pools,children's pool,a fitness room, yoga room.This project also has more than 40,000 feet on the street plan for rental-use.
To support local young artistic talents,the group invited the Hong Kong Design Institute in Tseung Kwan O Communication Design and Digital Media - Advertising Design Advanced Diploma students with 'What is your brighter living' as the theme,design projects around board,providing a platform for them to showcase works of art.
290 parking spaces of AUSTIN are expected to be cashed in HKD $6.0 billion
As for the another three residential projects in Tseung Kwan O which developed by the Group,will launch the project which located in Lot No. 125 of Tseung Kwan O Town next year,which provides more than 400 units and the remaining two residential projects in in Tseung Kwan O will put up for sale in 2016.
He added that the group will put about more than 290 parking spaces of GRAND AUSTIN up for sale this Saturday,with an average price of about HKD $2.0 million per each parking space,it is expected to be cashed in of nearly HKD $6.0 billion.
As for the next main force residential project will be on sale was Kensington Hill which located in No.98 High Street,the West Central,it is expected to put up for sale in September.Group in Hung Hom ONE HARBOUR GATE commercial projects,a total of two blocks,with a total of about 600,000 feet of floor area, there are more than five prospective buyers to negotiate which a commercial building,including local,overseas,Mainland customers, this project is also awaiting sales of paper.
Intended to enter the tender of Kwun Tong redevelopment project
Asked whether enter the tender of the reconstruction projects in Kwun Tong bby the URA,Mr.Wong said,because the URA lower the threshold,the construction period was extended from 54 months to 72 months,per unit area has been amended,so the Group will consider to enter the tender.
